Participant Evaluation |
- All USE participants must pass a personal English Evaluation with a native or near native English speaker. Employers
see the scores at the bottom of each participant´s resume.
- When the native English speakers conduct participant English interviews, they also rank each participant´s
social score based on the participant´s maturity, prior work experience, independence, flexibility and social skills.
- The interviewers support a conversational approach to the dialogue, so that they can better judge the
participant´s everyday skills in English.
- We are the only company of our kind to do all English evaluations with native and near native English speakers.
- Universal Student Exchange participants are interviewed and evaluated on a scale of one to five.
USE participants have at least an intermediate level of english.
- USE is very proud that over 50% of our participants acquire over a 4+, or highly advanced
