Participant Preparation |
- Universal Student Exchange Work and Travel participants go through extensive preparation and training before they travel to begin their program.
- All participants and their parents attend an extensive sponsor-mandated orientation in their home countries.
- Participants are offered an employer-specific orientation conducted by an account manager in our USE offices.
During the employer-specific orientation, we discuss housing, transportation issues, arrival information, and all
other matters specific to your business.
- USE is as transparent and honest with the participants as possible so they know exactly what to expect when they arrive to work.
- USE offers the most prepared and informed international employees from the J-1 program.
- USE staff is always available for questions or concerns, whether it be while preparing for Job Fairs, at hiring time, or during the season
